Feedback is important for us to reassess flight paths and times, to minimise the noise impact on the local community and environment. There are some exemptions where an aircraft is allowed to fly low. Some of these situations include: taking off or landing due to unforeseen weather and/or safety concerns aerial work eg power line inspection, geographical survey work, aerial firefighting, agricultural spraying.
