As a member of the Helicopter Association International, FlyBlue Aviation adheres to the Association’s Fly Neighbourly program to minimise noise impact on the local environment and community.

All FlyBlue helicopters have a unique identifying number clearly visible on the underside of the craft and we encourage community members to get in touch with any concerns.

We follow several procedures to limit the noise impact of flights, including following routes predetermined with NSW National Parks that avoid noise sensitive areas. Our pilots are trained in flying techniques to reduce the helicopter’s noise signature, and fly higher than normal in noise-sensitive areas.
